Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a FREE, two-day, highly interactive training that teaches participants to recognize when someone may be at-risk for suicide, conduct a suicide intervention, and create a plan to support their immediate safety.
The skills learned in ASIST can be used to support anyone who might be at risk, whether that be a friend, family member, coworker, student, client, or neighbor.
All community members are welcome to register for ASIST. CEUS are available for select professions.
The next ASIST training takes place on October 10-11, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (both days) in Redding, CA. Participants must attend both days to become certified in ASIST.
